Tax Information

 

Tax Notices for the Village of Clive are mailed on June 15.  Payment for taxes are due August 31 of each year.  The Village does offer a Tax Installment Plan starting in January of each year whereby an owner pays 12 monthly installments.  You must apply at the Village Office before January 31st of each year and sign a contract to be considered for the plan.

 

 

Utility Information

 Water/Sewer/Garbage:
  • Bills are sent out every two(2) months.
    Water and Sewer charges are based on actual water meter readings taken every two(2) months.
  •  Toilet Rebate Program
 Garbage Pick-up: Tuesday
  • All garbage should be out by 9:00 AM
  • All garbage is to be bagged and placed in a covered, bird/animal-proof container.  NOTE: Loose garbage will not be picked up.
Recycling Pick-up: Every Second Tuesday
 Grass Clippings, Leaves and Compost

  • PLEASE NOTE:   The Village cannot pick up leaves and grass as the Prentiss Landfill will not accept it.

  • Please contact the Village Office at 403-784-3366 for information on a compost pile.
